Lovely place. Baristas are super friendly and helpful. Good coffee without the coffee snobs. If you ask, the baristas are happy to talk up the coffee but don't talk down to you. Coffee is the best in the area. What I love about this place is it isn't too sweet. Vita has great coffee so no need for all the sugar to cover up bad coffee. It's just the right amount of sweetness. The tea is also great.
For me, this place has it all; excellent lattes, fresh delicious pastries, a great atmosphere and incredibly genuine and friendly employees who clearly love what they do. Eddie is especially awesome. Best greeting ever in a coffee shop: 'Good morning! Ready for some excellent coffee?' My Saturday recharge spot.
I’m normally a cortado gyal, but I’ve been having a lot of fun going thru the menu here. I love Caffe Vita because it reminds me of the great espresso I’ve had from them back home (Seattle) and the quality and care that goes into every shot. The manager was welcoming and took preferences into account for his recommendations. We got 2 mochas. I preferred the campfire mocha, which had a darker, richer chocolate taste. The other had a lighter milk chocolate taste, similar to a foam. Both had some bitterness. The blended version increases the sweetness to a level similar to a chocolate milk. I could definitely go back to try an iced version. The atmosphere is lovely. They had plenty of seating with tables. We grabbed the couch but most are simple, modern chairs. The garage style door was open to let in fresh air and some jazz music played at a comfortable volume. We arrived at about 10:45 and avoided the morning rush.
The coffee was really good, the espresso was amazing. The staff was super friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The space is beautiful, and even the bathrooms are pretty. So if you didn't bring your pups, you got to see other people's. Parking is a little hectic when it's busy. That was the only slight issue.
Vita Coffee is a gem! I had the Honey Cinnamon Latte, and it was perfection—smooth, with just the right balance of espresso, cinnamon, and honey. Not overly rich, but full of flavor. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. This will definitely be my new go-to spot. Can’t wait to come back and try more! Highly recommend!
